East Brunswick Police Department was amazing! Yesterday an employee of Friendly Electric Heating & Air required emergency medical treatment while driving. Through the 911 emergency response system and his cell phone they were able to locate him within minutes of the call. Technology is everywhere we look today, and life is very different than it was just a few years ago. Some would argue that we have lost some of our privacy due to the changes, but yesterday we were extremely grateful for the services that were available to us. Through this advanced technology they are able to locate people who are in need. I couldn’t help but imagine how invaluable this would be for a small child or an injured person unable to speak. When seconds matter, this technology is truly a lifesaver. Thank you to the East Brunswick Police Department and especially to the officers who responded. It is a comfort to know that there are both individuals out there who have committed themselves to helping others and that they are empowered by the technology of today.

Friendly Electric Heating & Air – Thoughts on Customer Service
The past two days almost everyone here in the office has been strung around by a customer service representative from a larger company. We have been placed on hold numerous times, transferred from department to department, hung up on, spoken to machines, and told that nobody could help us…Ultimately leaving us with no answers and with a mountain of frustration.
Well if there is one thing that we can guarantee is that you will never speak to a machine or be placed on hold numerous times just to be told that nobody could help you. We promise that you won’t be transferred from department to department and you will always be speaking with a professional and friendly customer service representative that truely cares about your experience with our company.
We will not rest until you are 100% satisfied with our services. Now how many big companies can really stand by those words?
